Signs of Spring

The seeds are growing

Strawberries are in season

Easter decor is surfacing
Chandler is panting, of course he does that when it's zero degrees
Scooter is more thirsty
And it warmed up enough for the sprinkler!

A wee bit cold at first

Time to warm up
I think I hear the ice cream man

Neil splurged

A natural
Time for the adults to have fun!

Pizza Time Again!

Ree's Recipe of course

You can never go wrong with Frank...

...and my helpers.  The girls were MIA

My turn!
Oh yeah, let's wash those hands
The onions got to me
Roma tomatoes, red onion, green pepper, and leeks (on Neil's side) were chopped
Wall-ah!  Dinner and date nite with my boys.  John had a hotdog, go figure

Dinner Time!

Dippin the chicken.  Nothing more redneck than prepping food on a tailgate in the garage.

Our hero Chris

Caught You..I made a small pizza for the kids

Since I knew they probably wouldn't eat my prosciutto pizza (another of Ree's recipes)

A little dessert.  There's no Budweiser in the recipe, I promise.

The perks of mom baking
We were all snowed/iced in.  So what do neighbors do?  Make french toast for all!  I think this was day 3 or 4 of being trapped, can you tell?
Me catering

No no no!

Pizzookie Night!
If I stare at them they will bake faster
Neil is my ice cream scooper

Wall Lah!

St Patrick's Day Fun 2011

John had a party at his school and ate green eggs and ham, and green popcorn.  He came home with face painting and  did NOT want to wash it off lol.

The girls and I went to the Dogtown parade.

It was a beautiful day!  A record high of 82! It had just snowed 5 inches on Monday!

Hmm, dad's tool chest

"If I poke a hole in the cap, it'll be a sports bottle".  Thank goodness for tetnis shots

Chalk creations

Hopscotch Time

Body drawing

Notice John in the background mid-air.  A very fun St. Patrick's Day!!  We were dirty, a little sunburnt and worn out - always signs of a good time :)
